A button on the case controls the lights, so they may just be switched off.

Press the lighting button
Press the LED button on the top of the case. Each press changes the color or effect, and one setting turns the lights off. -
Check the fan cables
Our video shows where the fan and lighting cables connect, so you can make sure each one is plugged in.
