How do I make a warranty claim?
Start a chat or email us with your order number. We'll troubleshoot with you first, and if a part has failed we'll give you a return number (RMA). We cover shipping it to us, and a flat $39 fee covers shipping it back. Read the warranty.
Does upgrading void my warranty?
No. The parts your PC came with stay covered. Parts you add after delivery aren't covered by our warranty, so check with us before you buy one.
How does price protection work?
If we lower the price of your PC on novatechgaming.com within 30 days of your order, send us your order number and we'll refund the difference to your original payment method. Prices on other stores aren't covered.
How long is tech support free?
For as long as you own your PC. Our US team is on chat from 10 AM to 11 PM ET, 7 days a week.
Can I return my PC?
Yes, within 30 days of your invoice date. Contact us first for a return number (RMA), and show it on the shipping label. Read the return policy.
What comes with an AI workstation?
AI workstations and servers include a 3-year limited warranty on parts and labor, plus lifetime tech support for drivers, models and upgrades. Read the AI warranty.
