Shipping policy

This policy covers orders placed on novatechgaming.com. If you bought on Amazon or Walmart, that marketplace's shipping terms apply, and you'll find tracking in your orders there.

Shipping in the United States

  • Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more, which includes every PC.
  • Express shipping is $60. Choose it at checkout for faster delivery.

We ship to street addresses in the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. We can't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses. US orders ship with UPS, which can't deliver to P.O. boxes, so please use a street address.

When your order ships

  • In-stock gaming PCs ship in 1 business day.
  • If a product page shows a longer ship time next to the Add to cart button, that's how many business days it takes to leave us. The product page also shows an estimated arrival date.
  • AI workstations and servers are built to order and burn-in tested for 48 hours. Their ship time is shown on each product page, usually 7 to 10 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Ship times and delivery dates are estimates, and carrier delays can happen.

Tracking your order

We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If tracking says Label Created, your label is ready and your PC is waiting for UPS pickup. UPS usually updates tracking at the end of the day it picks up your PC. Still Label Created after 2 business days? Chat with us.

Changing your address

Need to change the shipping address? Contact us before your order ships. In-stock PCs ship in 1 business day, so reach out as soon as you can. We can't change the address on Amazon or Walmart orders, but you can cancel and order again there.

Packaging and damage in transit

Every PC is packed in foam. If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away with your order number and photos of the box and the PC. If we can't fix it together, we'll send you a brand-new PC at no cost.

Please keep the box and foam for at least 30 days. If your PC ever needs to come back to us, they're the safest way to ship it.

International orders

We ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

  • USPS and DHL Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and package.
  • Prices and shipping rates don't include import duties, taxes, or customs and brokerage fees. These are your responsibility and are collected by the carrier or your local customs office before delivery.
  • Warranty service for international orders needs our approval first, and you're responsible for international shipping and customs costs. See our warranty for details.
