Common questions

Can't find your answer? Our US team is on chat from 10 AM to 11 PM ET, 7 days a week, or email support@novatechgaming.com.

Does it come with a monitor, keyboard and mouse?

No. The Prism 2.0 is the PC itself, ready to plug in. Connect your own monitor, keyboard and mouse, power it on and sign in to Windows.

Is Windows installed?

Yes. Windows 11 Pro comes installed, so you can sign in and start downloading games right away.

How fast does it ship?

In-stock PCs ship within the time shown next to the Add to cart button, usually 1 business day. Shipping is free across the contiguous US, and every PC is packed in foam.

Will it run my games?

Check the FPS chart above for popular games. For anything else, chat with us and tell us the game and settings you play.

Can I upgrade it later?

Yes. It uses standard desktop parts, so you can add memory, storage or a new graphics card later. Talk to us first: parts installed after delivery aren't covered by the warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

One year of parts and labor. If something fails, we repair or replace it. We cover shipping it to us, and a flat $39 fee covers shipping it back. Read the warranty.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 30 days of purchase. Contact support for a return number (RMA) before you send it back. Read the return policy.
