These terms apply when you buy an AI workstation, server or related service from Novatech (“we”, “us”), on our website, by quote or by purchase order. Our website Terms of Use and privacy policy also apply. If these terms conflict with the Terms of Use, these terms apply to your purchase.
Prices and quotes
- Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are added at checkout or on your invoice where they apply.
- A quote is valid for the period shown on it. GPU and memory prices change often, so an expired quote may need to be updated.
Orders and payment
- Your order is confirmed when we email you an order confirmation.
- On our website, you can pay by card, or choose Shop Pay at checkout to see options for paying in installments.
- Businesses, universities and government buyers can pay by purchase order or GSA, and net terms are available for approved accounts. Request a quote to set this up.
Building, testing and shipping
- Every system is built to order, burn-in tested for 48 hours and ships in 7–10 business days. Ship times are estimates.
- Shipping is free. We'll email tracking details when your system ships.
- You're responsible for the power, cooling and network your system needs. Our AI support page lists what each build needs, like a 200–240 V circuit for the dual RTX PRO 6000 server.
Changes and cancellations
To change or cancel an order, chat with us or email support@novatechgaming.com with your order number as soon as you can. Because systems are built to order, we'll tell you what's still possible.
Returns and warranty
- Systems can be returned within 7 days of delivery, with a 25% restocking fee. Custom orders, special configurations and upgraded builds are final sale unless they arrive defective. See our AI return policy.
- Every system has a 3-year limited warranty on parts and labor. See our AI warranty.
Software and your data
- Systems ship with Windows 11 Pro and current NVIDIA drivers. Software you add, including AI models and frameworks, is used under its own license terms.
- Software licenses aren't refundable once activated.
- Back up your data. We aren't responsible for data, files, models or software on a system, including one you send us for service.
Export rules
Our systems include high-performance GPUs that may be subject to US export control and sanctions laws. You agree not to export, re-export or transfer a system in violation of those laws, including to embargoed countries or restricted parties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for lost data, lost profits or business, downtime, or indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for a system is the price you paid for it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
